After hitting a deer causing serious damage. They were able to completely restore it and it looked better than the day I bought it. There were some snags due to parts availability but I can't put the blame on them. Overall I'm pleased with their attention to detail. Would use again

I had an amazing experience with Automotive Unlimited. The guy who did the estimate was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the lady at the front desk was super nice and easy to communicate with. Any questions I had, she answered, and they sent me text updates with every step of the repairs. When I picked up my car it was PERFECT and looked brand new! They had gone above and beyond and cleaned the exterior AND entire interior! I will definitely be going back to them if I ever have another issue with my car in the future.

If you want your car done in a reasonable time take it somewhere else. I was told they had 3 cars ahead of mine around 5 weeks ago. Yet they still have not even started on mine. Not happy with this place at all. Will never take another car back to them.

Great service! Very responsive to phone calls. Parts for my repair were back ordered and I was in a rental car for 16+ weeks, so I felt like we were on a first name basis calling every couple of weeks to get updates. This fit and finish includes the underbody structure that most individuals would not see, or consider as important. I will recommend this business any day! Although my repair took longer than what was quoted (not their fault by any means just found additional damage) I 1000% would come here every single time for any repairs needed. Wait time for repairs was a little excessive but beyond that service was amazing. Body work looked indistinguishable from factory and the vacuumed interior was a very nice touch. We were given parts and service updates also. Definitely would return again.

In my opinion, AU is the best place in town for body work. My family and I have both used them and can't say enough about the quality of service and the friendly staff. They are usually booked out for weeks. But that is for good reason! They are worth the wait.

Automotive Unlimited is a 1st class business. They did excellent work on my car and it looks perfect. The entire process with them, after the accident, was easy and professional. They dealt with the insurance company, which was a promising idea because when I was trying to deal with them it was, well, let’s say heated. Auto Insurance Companies would prefer you go to junkyards for replacement parts, even though my car was only 7 months old, and Automotive Unlimited obviously takes pride in their work and helped informing the Insurance Company that wasn’t going to happen.They were good with updates on parts with the supply chain issues because of the pandemic. Getting the estimate was so thorough, explaining what would need to be replaced, taking a lot of photos, and informing me of the areas they weren’t sure of until they pulled damaged parts off to see what needed to be done that we couldn’t see. The safety sensors work perfectly again, which is a relief. I’ll just say I didn’t expect the process to go so smoothly after I spent a few weeks working with the insurance company. It was a relief and seriously, their work is excellent and they made the experience easy. I trust them completely.

First, the office staff were very helpful in scheduling the repair of my vehicle. They communicated well with my insurance company. And the customer waiting area is clean and comfortable.Next, during the several days that my vehicle was being repaired I was sent text updates to let me know the status of the repair process. When additional parts were needed, they were ordered and billed directly to my insurance company. I was notified as soon as my vehicle was ready for pickup.My vehicle looks like new again. And even the dash area, which was not part of the repair, was dusted off before I picked up my vehicle.I highly recommend Automotive Unlimited for any collision repair.

I had an awesome experience! These guys are great. Not only did they do a great job (which anyone would expect), but they treated my pride and joy with the same concern I would. When I went to pick it up it was raining and I knew it would be detailed. When I got there it was all shined up sitting in their display window. I paid them and they told me I could come back and pick her up when the weather wasn’t so bad. Love that! They didn’t have to do that and I would have still been happy, but seeing somebody go the extra mile these days sure does feel nice!Great job guys.

After my crash, the police officer and tow truck driver both recommended Automotive Unlimited, so that is where my car went. They provided a vert detailed and itemized list of repairs with dollar amounts. I needed to get something from the car, so they let me get to my car without a problem. The building is very clean and organized - not the stereotypical dirty/dusty body shop. The staff is very friendly. They provide excellent communication! Some parts were taking a long time to get there and they informed me of the delay via frequent text message updates. They replied back when I inquired about the status.My experience with Automotive Unlimited was very positive!!

Had a few dents in my driver side fender, wheel scoff, bumper scratches and a few other things. Took it in to get the estimate, was very knowledgeable and knew what to look for and what he was looking at. Once my appointment came they kept me updated and in the loop the whole entire time even with things they came into that was extra, and talked to me before doing. Just got my truck back and it looks amazing everything was fixed and fixed correctly. Would highly recommend!

Automotive Unlimited went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When a clerical error lost my order, they corrected it immediately and bumped me to the head of the line to fix the mistake. I was so impressed with their customer service. Would recommend 10 out of 10. They even diagnosed some other issues I was having and recommended another mechanic to fix them as they only do body work.
